best 72 hour kits the best and worst of 72 hour kits?
I have a few lists of things to include in an emergency 72 hour kit, but I want some opinions on what can be the best things to have and the things that really are over hyped. If we were in a situation where we needed to use ours, what would we:
1) be extremely glad that we had
2) be extremely disappointed that we didn't have
3) that wasn't usually suggested but that we would have wanted
4) that is usually suggested but that we didn't need?

5'7" female 130 lbs. currently drinking a **** ton of water and cranberry. i may have to take a drug test Tuesday evening. I am debating getting a detox kit just to be safe, but I don't know which are the best.
i know standard is 72 hours but better to be safe than sorry.

The "standard" 72 hour detox may have worked 10 years ago. Drug tests now are accurate within a few weeks. (yes..plural)
