do scientists have to sign an agreement so they can't release certain findings, such as Nibiru?
maybe i've been googling a little too much recently, but now it has me all confused. is nibiru true? i've seen pictures where so called NASA has blacked out images of it. i've read stories of how it's all a cover up, how scientists have to sign something so they are never aloud to disclose information to the public, that it has to go through channels and is then played down a lot! how much of this is true? why are the government building underground cities, do they know something we don't? i'm not a believer of 2012 doomsday, but is all this media hype trying to cover up something else? because right now i'm very confused. everyone says there is no evidence, but is the sumarian tablets not evidence enough, all the anchient hostorical buildings?

Plenty of scientists sign contracts. Work for the government, you agree to keep some things secret. Work for a company, you agree not to release proprietary information.
