What actually comes in a 2012 survival kit?
I don't mean to offend anyone at all. But I wouldn love to know what comes in a survival kit for 2012. haha. I mean what? A bottle of water? A compass maybe? crystal rock?
Seriously though, has anyone purchased one? I really want to know. and No, i don't want to buy one. thanks

If 2012 were actually the end of the world, a survival kit would be pretty useless. The end of the world means you DON"T survive. These are just being marketed by more charlatans cashing in on the big 2012 hoax. I don't know what's in them, but I can't imagine anyone actually spending money on them. A chupacabra finder would be just as useful and far more entertaining.

December 2012 is fast coming and for many believers, surviving 2012 has become the main topic of discussion. Eminent scholars all over the world are predicting a cataclysmic event, whatever that might be. Let's take a closer look at how to survive 2012 and specifically at how you can best prepare yourself for the inevitable. 2012 - The World's Biggest Challenge Forget about the threat of global warming. The end of the world has always been a popular topic, with its demise consisting of zombies, robots or a gigantic asteroid. So if 2012 doesn't get you, maybe zombies or Terminators will.
12/21/2012- The Mayans have been credited for their ability to fully develop a written language, epigraphy, and a calendar. It is this calendar that is causing many people to become concerned about the future of Earth.

The Mayans ability to determine the length of the solar year to a high degree of accuracy in comparison to the Europeans is one of the many reasons they are a popularly studied culture. The Mayans calendar is said to end on December 21 2012, and it is this reason that many people believe the world is going to end.
Their reasoning is 'If a culture was so mathematically advanced in that they could make accurate solar predictions thousands of years in advance, then if they predict the end of the world, we should believe them'. But there is no such evidence of the Mayans making the prediction that the world will be 'destroyed'. Many argue that it may be the end of an era, signifying a new way of life.
Nevertheless, here are some ways to prepare just in case an Earthquake or a shower of basketball sized meteors comes your way on the day of 12/21/2012:
- Apparently if you live anywhere near a body of water, according to Roland Emmerich's interpretation, your city is going to flood. If you live close to a large body of water, it is suggested that you and your family prepare your home, if you do not feel the need to leave to higher ground. Non-perishable foods, water, water filter system, blankets, coats, first aid kit and a raft are all suggested items to keep.

You can put the the sex and the city complete collection, or just a season or two….that would get me back into single and fabulous mode. And you can even add some ice cream or cookie dough as an added treat . =)
