What can a put in a survival kit for a friend who is in the grieving process?
My friend recently lost a parent and best friend. I would like to make her a survival kit that will be therapeutic to her, but am not sure what to include. Any suggestions?
ok... i don't know about the survival kit. there are different stages of grief, and in some of them, pity gifts are not what they want. be her friend, but she needs someone to hangout with and distract herself, when she's ready to talk about it, listen. shoulder to cry on is the most imp. thing in a situation like this, but the kit sounds to cheesy. u could bring the family a dish if that hasn't already been done. remember, let here have some fun. one stage for some is rebellion. remember: if she's acting strangely, support her. she'll be back to normal eventually, but she can't do it alone.
